This book is an introductory text on chemogenomics by giving an bird-eye view of the field from three perspective: chemical, biological and informatics for their application in drug discovery. The first few chapters describes basic concept and methodology of HTS, phenotypic screen and high-content screen. The latter part of the book emphasizes the application of chemoinformatics in analyzing HT data, virtual screening, and hit selection. Overall, the book provide a good introduction in chemogenomics at the undergraduate level and layman who want to understand chemogenomics.
